Play-Based Learning in a Caring Environment
Our preschool program is designed around our Skill Building Blocks. These are the fundamental learning experiences for preschoolers. It is our desire to develop these skills through a program of Play Based Experiential Learning which includes music, finger plays, crafts, games, and learning centers.
Our two year rotation of experiences will support your child as they continue to develop their skills. We believe children learn best through experience within community, and it is our goal to accomplish this by creating an environment where preschoolers feel welcome, accepted and safe.
A Typical Day at Circle Drive Preschool
A typical preschool day will include:
- Welcome and Table Time
- Circle Time: stories, games and songs
- Center Time: learning centers, crafts and free play
- Snack Time and Recreation Time

* Our preschool classroom is well equipped with water and sand tables, learning centers, toys, books and puzzles.
* Our indoor large group spaces, ‘the Stadium’ and the ‘Story Pit’, provide a setting conducive for music, singing, puppet shows and mini-concerts.
* For active play we have a large gym as well as an outdoor playground within a private courtyard complete with sand box, climber, swings, and toys.
* In addition to all this, out the east end of our building, we have direct access to the The Moose Jaw Trail Park for a sunny picnic!
Yes. We follow the Saskatoon Public School calendar; as such Christmas, Easter, statutory holidays, as well as school breaks and some professional development days will be observed. All classes run from September to May.

Classes for Ages 3 & 4
Children must be age 3 as of October 31 and be toilet trained & bathroom independent.

PS 2: $290/month
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, alternate Fri: 9:00am -11:30am
PS 3: $135/month
Tues, Thurs: 9:00am -11:30am
PS 4: $135/month
Tues, Thurs: 12:45pm – 3:15pm
